ClientMaster Free Website Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By subscribing to the ClientMaster Automation Plan, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding the Free Website Offer. This agreement outlines the scope of the free website, payment terms, required commitments, cancellation policy, and other important details.

2. Eligibility for the Free Website Offer

The Free Website Offer is available exclusively to new subscribers of the ClientMaster Automation Plan ($249/month or $2,490/year) or AI Employee Plan ($449/month or $4,490/year).
A 12-month minimum commitment is required to qualify for the free website.
The website will be designed based on the customer’s business needs and branding preferences, as discussed in the Onboarding Call.

3. Website Development Process

Onboarding Call – The customer must schedule and attend an onboarding call to discuss website requirements.
Development Timeline – Website development will take 3 to 6 weeks, depending on project complexity.
Website Review Call – Once the website is ready, the customer must schedule a review call to provide feedback and request any revisions.
Revisions –
- Monthly subscribers are entitled to 1 revision before launch.
- Yearly subscribers are entitled to 2 revisions before launch.
Website Launch – Once the customer approves the website, it will be launched, and the payment cycle will begin.

4. Hosting and Renewal Fees

Website hosting is free for the first year.
After the first year, hosting renews at $150 per year.
Failure to renew hosting may result in the website being taken offline.

5. Payment Terms

The billing cycle remains paused until the website is launched.
Once the website is launched, the customer’s payment cycle will start, and monthly or yearly payments will be charged accordingly.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation fees apply based on project progress:

After the Demo Call but Before Onboarding Call:
No cancellation fee.
After the Onboarding Call but Before Website Development Begins:
A $250 cancellation fee will be charged.
After Website Development but Before Website Review Call:
A $750 cancellation fee will be charged.
After the Website Review Call but Before Website Launch:
A $1,250 cancellation fee will be charged.
After Website Launch:
No refunds will be issued for the free website. The customer may continue using the ClientMaster Automation Plan or cancel at any time with no refund for prior payments.

Important:

If a customer fails to schedule a required Website Review Call within 48 hours of notification, a $1,250 cancellation fee will be automatically charged.
Once a review call is scheduled, any cancellation of the call will result in a $1250 cancellation fees.
Customers are allowed to reschedule the Website Review Call a maximum of 3 times . After the third reschedule, cancellation fees will apply
If a customer misses their scheduled Website Review Call or cancels after scheduling, the following policy will apply:
- A $1,250 cancellation fee will be processed.
- The customer has 2 months to resume their project.
- Upon resuming, the customer will be placed on the Yearly Plan ($2,490/year) , even if they initially selected the monthly plan.
- Once the website is launched, the customer must pay the remaining $1,240
  to activate their account and continue using ClientMaster.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation fees apply based on project progress:

Customers must provide accurate business details, branding information, and content required for the website.
Customers must respond promptly to emails and booking requests to avoid delays in website delivery.
Failure to participate in the onboarding or review process may result in automatic cancellation and cancellation fees.

8. Limitations of the Free Website Offer

The free website includes a standard business website suitable for local businesses.
Custom features, complex integrations, or e-commerce functionality may require additional costs.
The free website offer does not include unlimited revisions; revision limits apply as stated in Section 3.
